Transparent spherical diffuser made of polycarbonate material,
vandal-resistant and self-extinguishing. UV stabilized.
The upper hemisphere is painted twice, so that light issued by
the lamp is reflected totally to the lower hemisphere, reducing
in this way the level of lighting pollution to a value lower than
5% and not being harmful to its lighting capacity.
Diffusers are covered with two coats of paints:
1. A first coat of grey colour RAL 9006, for reflecting and
diffusing light to the lower hemisphere.
2. A second coat of optional colour:
Black or Grey RAL 9006.
Adequate for being installed complying with the Rule of
Energetic Efficiency for installations of public lighting, and the
Technical Complementary Prescription PTC-EA-03 (Night
luminance brightness and intrusive or disturbing light) in:
E2 AREA: Low lighted or brightened areas,
0-5% Outlying city areas, non-urbanizing soils, rural areas
and sectors located outside industrial or urban areas.
Spherical diffuser 500 mm. diameter half-painted, combined
with an aluminium base E-40 + lamp VS 150W.
